to individuals that qualify with
No Monthly Premium.
You may be eligible if you are:
- Enrolled in Medicare Part A
- Enrolled in Medicare Part B
- Enrolled in AHCCCS (Arizona's Medicaid Program)
- Living in Pima, Cochise, Pinal, or Santa Cruz County (Plan Service Area)
